The bartender Shane, who took our order and waited on my wife and I, was very friendly. Great wings and atmosphere. Love this place!

Dont eat here if you're a vegetarian or vegan. I had to come along with some friends last minute and got the south western black bean burger that came with fries. Luckily I asked and learned that the fries were fried in beef fat and were NOT vegetarian. No one told me this when I ordered and it did not say it on the menu or list a vegetarian side for the vegetarian option. So I looked it up and saw that EVERYTHING fried, is fried in the beef fat and is not vegetarian.
(The staff was very nice and accommodated us fairly close to closing time, this is not on them but the company itself that should be listing allergin and dietary information in its menu) -

Server was nice but managed to screw up my wing order three times as well as said I told her the wrong flavor. Manager removed the order but I still never received what I ordered. Fries were cold as well. Probably not coming back

I came here on a Tuesday night with my kids expecting an empty restaurant and good service. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not empty, but it wasn't crowded either. We were seated immediately, but it took exactly 20 minutes (I literally timed it) for a waiter to approach us and offer us a drink. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, but I still decided to see it through.
After waiting another 15 minutes hoping to get our fountain drinks soon, I went to the restroom to clear my head. While in there, I had a moment of clarity. Why should I subject my kids and myself to horrible service when there are so many other restaurants around who deserve my business. I then proceeded to our drink-less, and waiter-less table, and grabbed my things and headed toward the entrance.
I stopped an employee on my way out and asked to see a manger. Rather than cause a scene, I politely told him how frustrated and disappointed I was that my children and I had to wait so long to see our waiter and be offered drinks. He gave me some excuse about them being understaffed due to so many people calling out. What he failed to realize was why I was really upset.
It wasn't that I had to wait so long for service ( I'm a patient person) ,but it was that I had to wait so long for an actual explanation from a human being. All would have been well if someone "ANYONE" would have approached me and briefly explained the situation and offer to serve us as soon as they could. Human contact was all we needed, but we couldn't even get that. It's a shame because I used to really like going to this restaurant. -

Had a pretty sad experience here. Service was pretty poor, our waitress disappeared for a long time right when we were looking to pay our check. I ordered boneless wings and they were super tough and dry. Waitress screwed up my husband's wing sauce order too. Very disappointing. I think it will be a long time until I return to this chain after this particular experience. I actually wished I had gone to McDonald's instead after, and I am no fan on McD's.
